That is the burning question in today's topic.
Reasons to grow a mustache are a plenty
Ah, the mustache. That caterpillar growing on your upper lip that is constantly compared to the 70s p*** days or a local cop that always pulled you and your buddies over back in high school.
But, are mustaches still cool? The answer is: hell yes mustaches are still cool, you just have to know how to rock it.
Of course the number one style being the twirl up handlebar or the Monopoly man it's taken many many different names but the general shape of it where you take your hands your fingers with the wax and curl the ends up we call it the Monopoly man.
Mustache Styles
If you were one of the lucky guys to be blessed with a super thick caterpillar for a mustache good for you because it's really not that common to see men who are growing a thing that it does pain down past their lip like your weird uncle or your dad's best friend from way back in the day that you see once a year when you go out for pizza.
My personal favorite is to let the mustache grow long all the way across my lip but I use the wax to manipulate it down and pass my cheeks kind of like Sam Elliott wore in most of his acting career if you are familiar with Sam Elliott.
Designs are not the real question here today though, the real question is are mustaches still cool and why don't you have one.
Lacking a mustache shouldn't be a problem
We see so many guys at shows and events that have a nice beard but they lack the mustache or look like they're lacking the mustache and turns out they've just shaved it off or they've trimmed it down so much because it's a hassle or their wife doesn't like kissing them and gets in the way for eating.
Those are all valid reasons, don't get me wrong, but my point is you do it to yourself to at least try to rock the stash that you're given.
This goes back to my previous post about embracing the beard you have and going along with the genetics that you were born with because your mustache has a direct extension of your beard / facial hair so why not let that game play out.
When a mustache is trimmed and groomed correctly, it can really complete The Ensemble.
Best mustache product for growth?
I have seen so many guys with the short beard look who have a super big luscious groomed mustache and let me tell you it accentuates that bad boys so nice I am so blown away by some of the massive caterpillars that we see some of our users rock.
